"Ms. Wicks and her Associates like Mrs. Angela is always helpful with anything that you may need and if anything new that you may need to know about your account or if State Farm has something new going that will help you as a client. "This agency was my hero in the unexpected & untimely death of my brother. When my brother died, I could not find an insurance policy in his paperwork to cover his funeral expenses. By chance, while looking at an old bank statement, I saw a debit to Statefarm. I followed that lead and happened upon Angela Coker at this location. When I told her why I was calling, she immediately expressed her sadness at the death of my brother and offered condolences. But most of all she confirmed that, at their urging, my brother had life insurance. What a relief!!! Angela immediately guided me with what I needed to do to submit the claim and she worked with me until the claim paid. I recommend this agency/location if you want friendly and attentive service."
