"I love my Insurance Agent! Marietta & her staff are amazing! When I moved from Illinois to Alabama I transferred my policy to a AL agent that I was not pleased with (they caused me to lose my life ins policy & had to call the 800# for assistance) needless to say I transferred away from them quick fast & in a hurry! I was connected w/Marietta 8yrs ago & have received better services than I did from my Illinois agent! When I say Marietta is topnotch she's topnotch she makes sure you're well informed w/your policies & options that are needed when she says give me a few days or a few hours based on my requests so she can research she delivers as planned/expected! & she's my 1st agent to send holiday cards as a little special touch love her & would give 10stars if I could for the services she provides! Thank you Marietta!"

"Good evening, I hope you take a moment to Read this. I just found out that state farm is cancelling my homeowners insurance because of a few claims regarding my home. I was shocked to say the very least! The entire reason that we pay for coverage is to help when tragedy strikes and tragedy did in fact strike. We have had some water leaks that have been a huge financial and emotional burden . This is the whole reason that we pay for insurance and when we end up using it we're being let go! This has left us in an absolute financial scramble! How is this okay? We pay for a service and we expect to continue paying for this service I'm reaching out because we won't be able to get insured anywhere else. This is just beyond words. I look forward to hearing from you hopefully with some form of relief. We honestly don't know what else to do"

"Marietta Wicks is more than a State Farm Insurance Agent. She treats her clients as family. I met her through my mother. Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with dementia and eventually no longer needed State Farm's products. Yet Marietta continued to check on my mother throughout her life. On the day of my mother's funeral a person walked up and said, "You don't know who I am so let me introduce myself. Hi my name is Marietta." She had driven over 100 miles to pay her respect. Like a good neighbor Marietta will be there!"
