"Well, I have been a customer with this office for quite a few years and I must say that the workers there are absolutely phenomenal. I really sincerely mean that statement. Whenever I needed help with my policies, they were always there to assist. If I would leave a message, they always returned my calls. "A few years ago my prior insurance company that I had been with for many years was raising my auto insurance by a significant amount. I gave Marietta Wicks’ office a call for a quote. The quote was immediate and saved me a lot of money. I later bundled my auto and home coverages which saved me even more money. I recently submitted incomplete documentation that was needed for reimbursement for a service. Before I could resolve the issue, Ms Wicks had already obtained the additional information needed.
